The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Retention Specialist, CRM to join our 70+ member Marketing, CRM & Loyalty group. As a key member of our team, you will use player data and marketing technology to develop insights, segment players, and create personalized marketing strategies that drive revenue and positive player experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop customer segmentation and build end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys using data analytics engines and CRM technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns in email, push, SMS, and first-party data initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of an enterprise customer lifecycle strategy, building, monitoring, and optimizing multiple campaigns.
  • Proactively resolve player friction points across experiences and channels by developing action plans and scaling their impact.
