About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bridge CAD Designer to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As a key member of our Critical Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering complex bridge projects that connect and protect communities around the world.

Main Responsibilities

  • Utilize CAD software to prepare detailed design drawings and layouts for bridge projects.
  • Work closely with engineers and other disciplines to ensure coordinated design systems.
  • Develop and review orthographic and isometric drawings.
  • Perform checking procedures and provide technical guidance to junior designers.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and clients to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in structural and bridge drafting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in bridge projects with Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure and the City of Winnipeg.
  • Experience with MicroStation and Revit is an asset.
