Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
Our restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and interact with customers from all over the world.
Requirements:- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
