Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
- Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, veterans, and indigenous people.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service management role.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
