Lead a High-Performing Team

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Data Management to oversee and support a team based in Toronto, Canada. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of hybrid (inbound/outbound) Business Development Representatives by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training existing and new team members.
  • Manage and coach your team through regular weekly 1-on-1s, team meetings, customized training sessions, and other creative initiatives.
  • Analyze metrics and track team performance to ensure data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to create and hone a best-in-class culture and synergy between Account Executives and Business Development Representatives.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Sales Development management experience, preferably in SaaS and with experience in large enterprise, strategic prospecting motions.
  • Experience managing hybrid inbound and outbound focused teams.
  • Experience with omni-channel outbound prospecting, email, social selling, cold calling.
  • Experience with CRM, Sales Automation tools (i.e. Salesforce, Salesloft, 6Sense).
