Job Description:
As a Senior Estimator, you will prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates for low-rise residential construction projects. You will collaborate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and budget alignment. Your responsibilities will include conducting material take-offs, reviewing drawings, and evaluating project specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in cost estimating within the low-rise residential construction sector
* Strong ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and scope documents to generate precise estimates
* Proven ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize project costs
* Minimum 5+ years of estimating experience in residential construction, ideally within a homebuilding environment
* Post-secondary degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
