About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Project Supervisor to join our team at On Side Restoration. As a Project Supervisor, you will work closely with multiple Project Managers to ensure the successful execution and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly fleet checks to ensure vehicles are in good working condition
  • Perform site safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
  • Lead and coach field staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Monitor and maintain schedules, communicating with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document site visits and job progress to track project status

Requirements

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Construction-related experience and knowledge of industry standards
  • Leadership abilities and a preference for teamwork
  • Valid driver's license and a clean criminal record
