Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to requests for proposals
  • Interpreting technical and administrative project requirements
  • Managing projects: overseeing studies, procurement, preparation, and coordination of site activities
  • Overseeing work schedules, critical paths, performance indicators, and updates
  • Negotiating contracts with subcontractors
  • Planning, coordinating, and scheduling subcontractor activities
  • Organizing and leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensuring adherence to quality control protocols
  • Monitoring health, safety, and environmental initiatives
  • Preparing monthly billing and identifying additional work
  • Approving monthly invoices from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Supervising completion of deficiency lists
  • Building and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders
  • Acting as the primary contact for clients from negotiation through to project completion
  • Facilitating communication with project partners

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree or diploma in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering
  • Proven experience in project management or related fields
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in electrical or industrial infrastructure projects
  • ASP construction certification
  • Fluency in English is advantageous
  • Self-motivated, organized, analytical, collaborative, and a strong leader
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
