Golf Course Worker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Golf Course Worker to join our team at Clublink. As a Golf Course Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the golf course grounds, including landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and removing litter and garbage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions and maintenance
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants
  • Cut grass and maintain turf
  • Rake and collect refuse and remove litter and garbage
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials
  • Lay sod or seed and plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees
  • Repair and maintain equipment
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
Work Environment:

The work environment is outdoors, with exposure to wet/damp, noisy, dusty, and hot conditions. You will be working on a golf course, which requires a fast-paced environment, working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and handling heavy loads.

Requirements:
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Client focus, dependability, organized, reliability, and team player
