Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario INC (Little Caesars Waterdown). As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that our dining services are well-stocked and prepared for peak periods.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-organized and productive.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
