Job Description:
As a Property Administrator with First Capital Realty Inc., you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our dynamic Property Management team. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and preparing various reports, such as accounts receivable and rent roll, to ensure timely and accurate data processing. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with tenants, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth day-to-day site activities.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team and contribute to delivering top-notch property operations that enhance our assets and tenant relationships. As a Property Administrator, you will have the chance to work closely with our experienced team members and develop your skills in administrative support, problem-solving, and communication.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide critical administrative support to the property management team, including reviewing and preparing various reports and data for timely and accurate processing.
2. Conduct thorough reviews of the monthly rent-roll and pre-authorized debit report to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Prepare and process purchase orders and accounts payable invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Liaise with tenants, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth day-to-day site activities, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent customer service.
5. Participate in special projects and take on other duties as assigned by the Senior Property Manager or other team members.
