Oxford County Renovations Ltd is seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker to join our team. As a Cabinetmaker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality custom cabinets and furniture pieces.
Key Responsibilities- Operate various woodworking machines to cut, shape, and form wood components
- Design and build custom cabinets that maximize storage space
- Shape and finish wood surfaces using hand tools and power equipment
- Study plans and specifications to ensure accurate production
- Assemble and fit parts together to form complete units
- Apply finishes and coatings to finished products
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Supervise and train other workers as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in woodworking or a related field
- Ability to work 35-40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
The Cabinetmaker will work in a fast-paced production environment with a focus on quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
