Salary & BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, vision care benefits, group insurance benefits, life insurance, mileage paid, free parking available, paid time off (volunteering or personal days), parking available, and variable or compressed work week.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced architect to join our team as a Creative Project Manager. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients to deliver their vision, and ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, developing project plans and timelines that meet their goals.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs and construction documents.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other partners to ensure smooth project execution.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural practice, with a focus on project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience using architectural software programs such as SketchUp.
