Job Title: Field Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our equipment.
  • Provide effective and timely service and repairs to customers, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation.
  • Adhere to account protocols and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Recognize opportunities to fulfill additional customer needs and communicate with the appropriate Stryker personnel for follow-up.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary diploma required; university degree preferred.
  • Bilingual (French and English) required.
  • Related technical experience in the healthcare field (2+ years preferred).
  • Technical school classes in mechanical, electronics, or electrical preferred.
  • Eligibility to work in a healthcare environment and to travel to the USA required.
