Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance work on machinery, detecting and troubleshooting irregularities and malfunctions, and constructing foundations for machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work on machinery, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication.
  • Troubleshooting: Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in machinery, using diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Construction: Construct foundations for machinery, using blueprints and specifications.
  • Installation: Install machinery and equipment, ensuring proper alignment and leveling.
  • Fabrication: Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up, using machining tools and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to work at heights, and proficiency in stainless steel welding.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced production environment, with exposure to heights, noise, odors, confined spaces, and dust.
