Customer Support Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist customers through live chat and email to resolve any issues they encounter. This involves providing timely and accurate information, troubleshooting technical problems, and addressing concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage support tickets and respond to live chat and email customer queries.
- Guide customers on how to use our app to be most successful.
- Address customer issues, including complex and deep-rooted problems that require HTML/CSS skills to resolve.
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who puts customers first, has a foundation in customer support, and has strong communication skills. Experience with coding in CSS is a must, and experience with Intercom and Linear is a plus.
