Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently, with a focus on staff productivity, staff training, team building, and payroll usage.
  • Foster professionalism, good business practices, and a strong work ethic among team members.
  • Develop and implement resource planning strategies to address manpower needs, staff performance standards, training, and development plans.
  • Communicate and execute company directives, policies, and procedures effectively.
  • Ensure good inventory control and implement measures to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Build the pharmacy business and increase sales and profit.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with 2-3 years of pharmacy experience.
  • Strong supervisory skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and resourcefulness.
  • Good organizational skills and diligence.
