**Position Summary**:
Howe Sound Pharmacy is looking for a dependable Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The Pharmacy Assistant will perform a variety of tasks related to patient care and pharmacy operations. This position provides support to the Pharmacist and other pharmacy staff by assisting with patient care, inventory control, processing prescriptions, and maintaining pharmacy operations. We are looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, and helpful.

- Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields, such as 1-2 years or more at a retail pharmacy, recommended though not required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive medication orders.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Process prescriptions in a timely manner.
- Restock shelves and drug dispensing machines.
- Help with inventory control.
- Assemble and gather prescriptions for pharmacists and technicians.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
Additional pay:
