Job Title: Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Noramco Wire & Cable, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to consistently exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and offering value-added solutions to each customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently exceed customer expectations by processing orders and answering technical questions while offering value-added solutions to each customer exchange.
  • Aggressively and consistently research new business opportunities and market Noramco products and services to new potential clients.
  • Conduct market research of products and pricing for the purpose of promoting new products.
  • Work cooperatively with teammates in the administration of sales transactions.
  • Actively engage with customers in person/face to face and use CRM to log notes, details, etc.

Requirements:
  • AEC/DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred).
  • Inside sales experience: 2 years (preferred).
  • Processing quotations/orders/reports/RMAs/technical Q's: 2 years (preferred).
  • Researching & developing new business opportunities: 1 year (preferred).
  • Conducting market research of products & pricing: 1 year (preferred).
  • Selling Wire and Cable: 1 year (preferred).
  • Electrical Industry: 2 years (preferred).

Greater Sudbury, ON (required).
