We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our furniture and fixtures manufacturing facility.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. You will be working 42.5 hours per week in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential.

As Senior Manufacturing Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of 5-10 people, ensuring that production deadlines are met, and quality standards are maintained. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality, and establishing work schedules.
