Six Brix Inc. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our office building, commercial facilities, and cleaning service company sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment to maintain the integrity of our facilities.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.

As a Cleaning Operations Manager, you will work closely with our facilities team to ensure that our sites and facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in facilities management, cleaning operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
