The ideal candidate will be a leader who can drive sales, provide an excellent client experience, and build strong talent. As a Sales Supervisor, you will assist in aligning the team on driving sales, providing input on client relationship strategies, and helping shape and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates.

To succeed in this role, you must be willing to lead by example and with integrity, collaborate, be intellectually curious, strategic, lead through ambiguity and change, and results-oriented. You will also be responsible for driving sales personally and through the team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission, retail bonus program, and employee referral bonus program. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, life insurance, dependent life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and employee assistance program.
