Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and trends.
  • Create a fun and interactive shopping experience, including in-store demonstrations and product showcases.
  • Drive sales growth by engaging customers, making product recommendations, and achieving sales targets.
  • Assist with daily store tasks, including merchandising, price changes, and stock management.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on clear and engaging communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
