About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Advisor to join our team at RBC Dominion Securities. As an Associate Advisor, you will play a key role in providing proactive advice and support to our clients and the Investment Advisor, helping to deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients to the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients and the Investment Advisor
  • Identify new opportunities and help to grow the business
  • Work closely with the Investment Advisor team to develop and implement customized wealth plans for clients
  • Foster trusted, long-term relationships with clients and partners
Requirements
  • Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO (if not already obtained, must be willing to be licensed within 6 months of hire date)
  • Successful completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course or Investment Management Techniques (IMT)
  • 4-6 years or more of professional experience within the investment industry, providing face-to-face advice on investment products and services
  • University degree
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Highly developed client service skills
  • Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite
