About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at La Casa Ouzeria Restaurant (1999) Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to ensure a high level of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and ensure they are properly stored.
  • Assist with food preparation, including portioning and wrapping foods, and stocking refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, and handle and store cleaning products.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
