Job Title: Dishwasher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our Food and Beverage team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for providing fast and thorough cleaning of all kitchen equipment and utensils, dishware, glassware, and pots, maintaining a tidy kitchen area, and contributing to a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional cleaning services to ensure a spotless kitchen environment.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in maintaining janitorial supplies stock levels and supporting team members in janitorial needs.
  • Transport heavy loads with assistance and participate in waste management and recycling efforts.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months of experience in hospitality or the food and beverage industry (preferred).
  • Food Safe Level 1 (BC) certification to be completed prior to start date.
  • Mini Food Safety Course (Alberta) certification is an asset.
