Job Description:
  • Beneath the leadership of the Business Transformation Analyst at Seaspan Ship Management Ltd., drive growth and development through business analysis and transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify business transformation opportunities and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Analyze and map current business processes, define and map improved processes, and implement process simplification, system automation, and digitalization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external business contacts to gather and analyze data, assess processes, and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement transformation initiatives, including business process reengineering, organizational restructuring, and technology adoption.
  • Support change management efforts by assisting with training and communication plans, and facilitating the adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Monitor and track the progress of transformation projects, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
