At Toromont Cat, we are seeking a skilled Apprentice Technician to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced technicians, learning the latest techniques and technologies in the industry. As an Apprentice Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment, working in a safe and environmentally sound manner. Your duties will include participating in safe work behaviors, repairing equipment, diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems, and preparing service reports. To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum high school diploma and completion of a Post-Secondary Heavy Equipment Technician program or currently enrolled in one. Responsibilities:
