Software Test Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Test Engineering Manager to join our team at PrimeSoft Solutions, Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of test engineers to ensure the highest level of software testing quality.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end automation scripts, frameworks, and review test scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues and optimize testing workflows.
- Provide end-to-end software testing support for time and business-critical projects.
- Implement core project management tools, methods, and best practices to assemble software testing plans.
- Develop and maintain test plans, strategies, and VnV protocols in the healthcare domain.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- 8+ years of experience in software testing and management.
- Proficiency with product-relevant testing and process tools.
- Excellent managerial skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Experience with test automation frameworks, software testing, and applications development.
- Eagerness to learn, introduce, and improve new and existing test practices and processes.
- Experience with medical devices software test automation on O-arm for surgical imaging and maintaining FDA standards for surgical imaging systems.
- Experience in data analysis with SSIS packages and SQL servers for analysis of patient data in the healthcare domain.
