About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Specialist to join our team at Balu Printing Ltd. as a key member of our creative department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and guide a team of graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual communications.
  • Project Estimation and Planning
    • Estimate the time and resources required to complete graphic design and illustration projects.
  • Design Development and Adaptation
    • Develop and adapt existing illustrations to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Storyboard Development
    • Assist in the development of storyboards for electronic productions, including multimedia, interactive, and digital products, as well as television advertising and productions.
  • Client Consultation
    • Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations, ensuring that their communications needs are met.
  • Design Creation and Production
    • Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations.
  • Collaboration and Coordination
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Client Communication
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as graphic design or fine arts.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment
    • 35 hours per week.
