About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Balu Printing Ltd. as a key member of our creative department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and guide a team of graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual communications.
  • Project Estimation and Planning
    • Estimate the time and resources required to complete graphic design and illustration projects.
  • Design and Development
    • Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations that meet client expectations.
    • Adapt existing illustrations to suit client needs.
  • Client Consultation and Collaboration
    • Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations, ensuring they meet their communications needs.
    • Collaborate with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials.
  • Production Coordination
    • Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials.
  • Guidelines and Standards
    • Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers to ensure consistency in visual communications.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week.
