Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our retail store team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience;
  • Manage store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and staff supervision;
  • Participate in recruitment efforts, ensure training, and deliver feedback to team members;
  • Ensure effective inventory management and minimize costs to drive profitability;
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Minimum 2 years of retail experience and 1 year of management experience;A high level of initiative and entrepreneurship;Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a customer-driven environment;A strong sense of organization and structure;Ability to move and/or lift up to 65 lbs, with heavier merchandise requiring team assistance.
