Assistant Store Manager

At Rogers Communications, we're looking for a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with store leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive customer engagement and sales growth
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet their goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve store operations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive innovation
- Develop and execute in-store promotions and events that drive customer engagement and sales growth
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records

Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer engagement
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
