Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient kitchen operations to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Coordinate food and kitchen supplies to ensure adequate inventory and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant training or certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and interact with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
