About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Generalist Lawyer to join our team at TAG HR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling client files in corporate, family, real estate, and wills & estates law, providing legal advice and services in both French and English, and drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience managing files in corporate, family, real estate, or wills & estates law
  • On-site presence in Embrun, Ontario
  • Bilingual in French and English (required)
  • J.D. or LL.B, member of the Law Society of Ontario
  • Strong research, drafting, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple files
  • An existing book of business is an asset, not required
