About you

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience managing files in corporate, family, real estate, or wills & estates law
• On-site presence in Embrun, Ontario
• Bilingual in French and English (required)
• J.D. or LL.B, member of the Law Society of Ontario
• Strong research, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple files
• An existing book of business is an asset, not required

About the role

If hired, you will:

• Handle client files in corporate, family, real estate, and wills & estates law
• Offer legal advice and services in both French and English
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations as needed
• Build strong relationships with clients and community stakeholders
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive legal solutions
