Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per yearAbout the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team at Southbridge Care Homes. As a PSW, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing direct personal and nursing care to meet their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing direct care for residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times.
  • Provide emotional and social support to residents and their families, including palliative care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team environment by communicating effectively with colleagues, residents, and families.
Qualifications
  • Possess a PSW Program Certificate or Diploma from an accredited institution.
  • Have a genuine passion for delivering quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation.
  • Be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
