Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

At EGGSOASIS RESTAURANT-BREAKFAST AND LUNCH, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
Efficient interpersonal skills
Flexibility
Team player

What We Offer:
