Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Siaana Development Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office procedures, and providing exceptional support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate office activities, including scheduling, meetings, and events.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate records and efficient stock levels.
  • Cash Management: Manage cash and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
