We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Coordinator to join our team at Trust Plus Overseas Affairs Consulting Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring seamless communication within the team, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, plan and organize daily tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, employees, and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including contracts, correspondence, and data compilation.
  • Technology: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, using MS Windows to perform various administrative tasks.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
