Job Title: Digital Marketing Analytics Strategy Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Analytics Strategy Lead to drive growth and enhance the digital acquisition journey for credit and deposit products at President's Choice Bank. This leadership role will partner closely with our Marketing/Product teams and Agency/Platform partners to recommend and action strategic changes that increase application targeting and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Quality Customer Acquisition: Provide analytics and strategic support to digital marketing and product teams, defining tactics for the digital acquisition strategy.
  2. Customer Insights & Analytics: Distil key customer or product-specific acquisition insights into actionable next steps to drive better or more efficient business goals.
  3. Website Optimization: Develop and implement a personalized and relevant journey on the public site to effectively move customers through the funnel and drive quality conversions.

Requirements:

  • A post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or Mathematics, with 7-10 years overall experience.
  • 5+ years in management consulting, customer analytics, marketing intelligence with strong business acumen.
  • 3-5 years as an expert in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics (360 or GA4).
  • In-depth knowledge of key media channels and platforms.
  • 2+ years working with media teams on pixel implementation/management and tag management systems.
  • 2+ years SEO proficiency and website strategy/user journey development.
  • Strong time management, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Clear communicator and adept at storytelling.
  • Experience leading, building, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Analytical skills – able to use SQL and Excel to pull and analyze data.

Compensation: Estimated salary range for this role in Toronto is between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
