We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at TEEMA Staffing. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing ABA therapy to patients, training behavior technicians, and communicating with caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement ABA treatment plans for patients.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians to ensure high-quality care.
- Communicate with caregivers and other providers to ensure seamless care.
- Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to patients as needed.
- Monitor patient progress and present updates during supervision and team meetings.
- Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
- BCBA certification or LPA license.
- At least 1 year of related experience.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $85,000 annually.
