We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at TEEMA Staffing. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing ABA therapy to patients, training behavior technicians, and communicating with caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ABA treatment plans for patients.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians to ensure high-quality care.
  • Communicate with caregivers and other providers to ensure seamless care.
  • Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to patients as needed.
  • Monitor patient progress and present updates during supervision and team meetings.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • BCBA certification or LPA license.
  • At least 1 year of related experience.
