About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Jimmy Choo. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales results through delivering an elevated customer experience
  • Cultivate and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Partner with management to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understand the terminology associated with Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the community and foster customer relationships
  • Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times
  • Fulfill key-holder responsibilities, including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial responsibilities
Requirements
  • 2+ years of luxury retail experience with established clientele
  • A self-starter with the ability to drive results
  • Curious and motivated with the ability to engage and sell with passion
  • Customer service focused with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Technologically savvy with an entrepreneurial spirit
