We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Yan Fan. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and personal hygiene
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as feeding, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Perform other tasks as required to support clients' needs
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check
Work Environment:

Our clients' homes are non-smoking environments. You will work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional bending and crouching. You will be required to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and perform repetitive tasks.
