Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales and operations team at Shell Gas Station. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
