About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at 12192802 Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase a variety of ethnic cuisines, ensuring high-quality dishes that meet our customers' expectations.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen setting.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Working Conditions
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet business needs.
