Hines Health Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their Occupational Health Team in Fort McMurray, AB.

Job Overview

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $50-$58 per hour, including benefits such as dental care, extended health care, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide immediate and professional on-site medical care to injured workers
  • Advise and/or arrange timely transport to a medical facility
  • Ensure client dignity, safety, privacy, and confidentiality
  • Perform risk-based health assessments
  • Familiarize yourself with work in accordance with health and safety legislation and company policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Emergency/Acute Care/Occupational Health settings or equivalent experience
  • Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse or Bachelor of Nursing program
  • Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA)
  • An OHN certificate/diploma is an asset
  • Experience with audiometry and spirometry
  • Ability to work shift work, including nights
  • Medically and physically fit to provide emergency response functions
  • Physically capable of working in adverse weather conditions
