Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for making important decisions that directly impact the success of your store every day. You will also develop and empower your Team Members to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Team Members to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Make decisions that impact store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members to improve their skills and performance
