Sales Manager Role

Reliance Home Comfort is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing and motivating a team of sales representatives, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and execute initiatives to stimulate organic lead generation and growth strategies for expansion into new markets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
  • Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all sales activities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to the company management team.
  • Partner with Service Operations and Installation Teams to maximize lead opportunities for the service technicians and installers.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and responsiveness.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to efficiently identify, recruit, and hire qualified candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • 5-10 years of sales leadership in business-to-consumer sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and training skills.
  • Confidence in leading and guiding a diverse team.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a high capacity to work in and lead an evolving organization.
