Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team at Isidore Landscapes Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, supervising landscape construction work, and ensuring the highest quality of service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and Direct Grounds Maintenance: Develop and implement effective grounds maintenance plans to ensure the health and appearance of our clients' outdoor spaces.
- Supervise Landscape Construction Work: Oversee the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Manage Labour and Materials: Plan and estimate labour and materials required for projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Maintain Work Records and Logs: Accurately record and maintain work records, including project details, labour hours, and materials used.
- Requisition Materials and Equipment: Order and requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
- Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Environment: Outdoors, with frequent exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Work Setting: Landscape contractor, with frequent travel to various locations.
